Welcome to Tricia’s Cleanrite Services! We strive to provide top-quality cleaning services tailored to your needs. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer at the time of service. For e-transfers, please use: tricia-jones1@hotmail.com.

Payment Timing: We kindly ask for payment on the day of service. However, if other billing arrangements are needed, please discuss them with us in advance.
Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding invoice must be settled before your next scheduled service. For businesses and companies, payments can be made at the end of each month, aligned with your billing cycle.
Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause in services until payment is received or a resolution is reached. We allow up to 30 days from the date of service for payment before interest charges are applied.
Deposits for Large Jobs: We may require a deposit in advance for larger cleaning jobs. This will be discussed with you during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made without sufficient notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Due to Holidays: If a statutory holiday falls on your regularly scheduled cleaning day, we will contact you to reschedule the service at a convenient time.
